ON RESULTS OF 11 MONTHS OF 2003 MOST EXPENSIVE AGRICULTURAL LAND OF ARMENIA WAS IN VAGHARSHAPAT

YEREVAN. Within 11 months of 2003, 2716 purchase-and-sale transactions of agricultural lands were registered in Armenia. Press-Secretary of the State Committee of Real estate Lusine Nazaryan told ARMINFO.


She said that the lowest prices were fixed in Vardenis and Ashotsk – $60 for one hectare, the most expensive was sold in Vagharshapat $11.150 thous. for one ha. In the period under review, 69.39 ha of state lands were sold in Ashtarak for the average price of $12.10 for 1ha and 88.88 ha of private lands for $2.355 for 1 ha. In Aparan 11.3ha of private lands were sold for the average price of $320for 1 ha. In Artashat 43.5 ha of state lands were sold for $1,1180 for 1ha amd 115.7 ha of private lands for $2,060 for 1 ha. In Armavir 94.7 ha of private lands for $1,240 and in Vagharshapat 131.8 ha for $2,070. In Gavar 1 ha of state land was sold for $145 and 4.7 ha of private lands for $625. In Stepanavan 55 ha of private lands were sold for the average price of $325, in Abovyan 5.67 ha of state lands for $577 and 66.32 ha of private lands for $4,035. In Yeghvard 10 ha of state lands for $705. In Akhuryan 165 ha of private lands for $650 and 17 ha in Amasia for $210. In Sisian 31.3 ha of private lands for $245 and 0.82ha in Meghri for $874. in Yeghegnadzor 37 ha of private lands for $1,055. In Ijevan 5 ha for $1,105 and 3 ha in Noyemberyan for $700.
