Growth of Average Monthly Prices for Apartments

More than 486 apartments of tenement residential houses were sold in the regions of Armenia in November 2004 (with the exception of Yerevan), which is more by 9.5% in comparison with the same period of last year.

In October 2004, at a rate of 1 square meter of tenement dwelling space the following minimum and maximum market prices were registered in the towns of Armenia (with the exception of Yerevan):

in Abovyan – 40-150 dollars,

in Nor Hachn – 35-100 dollars,

in Ashtarak – 40-95 dollars,

in Aparan – 20-50 dollars,


in Talin – 20-50 dollars,

in Artashat – 40-88 dollars,

in Masis – 40-90,

in Vedi – 30-60 dollars,

in Ararat – 30-50,

in Vagharshapat – 40-110 dollars,

in Armavir – 30-80 dollars,

in Metsamor – 17-50 dollars,

in Sevan – 20-50 dollars,

in Gavar 20-50 dollars,

in Martuni – 30-60 dollars,

in Vardenis – 20-35,

in Chambarak – 15-30,

in Vanadzor – – 30-90 dollars,

in Stepanakert – 20-48,

in Spitak – 20-50 dollars,

in Alaverdi – 15-40 dollars,

in Tashir – 15-40 dollars,

in Goris – 30-50,

in Kapan – 30-52 dollars,

in Yeghegnadzor – 40-60,

in Jermuk – 40-90,

in Dilijan – 30-70 and

in Ijevan – 40-90 dollars.

The growth of the average monthly market prices for 1 square meter of apartments of tenement residential houses made 2.4% in the regions of Armenia from January to November 2004.
