Միջոցառումը կազմակերպել էր ՙՕգոստոսի 23 ազգային դաßինք՚ իրավապաßտպան հասարակական կազմակերպությունը մայիսի 26-ին, Աբովյան քաղաքի Երաժßտական դպրոցի դահլիճում: Այն նվիրված էր Հայաստանի առաջին հանրապետության օրվան: Üպատակն էր մեկ անգամ եւս վերհիßել ու փառաբանել Մայիսյան հերոսամարտերի մասնակիցներին, մեկ անգամ եւս ընդգծել ազատ ու անկախ պետականության արժեքը, ցույց տալ, որ ամեն մեկն այս աßխարհում իր ßահն ու հաßիվն ունի եւ միայն ազգային արժանապատվությամբ տոգորված ժողովուրդն է ընդունակ հարցեր լուծելու եւ փրկության ճանապարհը գտնելու:

On 28th of May, 2005, unprecedented national cultural fete i.e. United Shurjpar Round dance) will take place on the foot of the four peaked mountains of Aragats. It’ll be carried out on the highways of the Aragats the length of which is 163 km and it passes through the regions like Aragatsotn and Shirak including 160 communities where more than 160 000 people will realize the Round dance.  Under our traditional music the dance begins at exactly 15:00 o’clock and lasts 15 minutes.
